How do I verify to place an order?
New customers must send us a picture of their ID and a selfie of you holding your ID to verify age (must be 18 or older) and address to our delivery number at (951) 229-1202 or direct message us on instagram @finesttrees10x

Where do you deliver to ?
We deliver to all of Long Beach, South Bay, & Orange County.

Why can I not see the product prices on the website?
Prices will be given after ID verifIcation. 

What is the minimum to place a delivery and when do you deliver?
The minimum for delivery is $100 and we deliver only on Saturday afternoons as of now usually from 4-10pm. And also every major & national holiday in the morning. We are working on adding more days for delivery soon. We do allow pickups in Orange County any other day of the week with a 24 hour notice beforehand. 

What form of payments do you take?
Cash or Zelle only.

Is there a cutoff time for deliveries on Saturday?
Yes orders must be put in by 3:30 pm on Saturdays there is no exceptions.

Can I pick a specific time slot for my delivery on Saturday?
We always strive to accommodate everyone as much as we can just let us know if you are in a hurry or need a specific time slot it will be a $10 fee on top of your order.
